Abstract

The problem of assessing the effectiveness of resource utilization in the industrial sector is identified. The necessity of using the classical theory of effectiveness in improving the evaluation of the effectiveness is substantiated. The traditional concept of water use efficiency is considered. Author’s interpretation of the concept the efficiency of water supply is created. Components of the system of identification of effective water supply of industrial enterprises are defined. Determination of effective economic incentives for water supply offered. The nature and specifics of the relationship between the stimulation and motivation of effective water supply of industrial enterprises are verified. Characteristics of these concepts, in particular the nature of the occurrence, the primary formation, the formation of the subject, the sources of construction, the coverage, the form (the direction of) the actions, tools effects is presented. The concept of economic incentives to ensure effective water supply of industrial enterprises is developed.
