SOME WORLD EXPERIENCE IN THE REGULATION OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS

The problems of regulation of social and labor relations in different countries are considered on the example of the model of tripartism and bipartizma. The focus is made on providing effective employment, regulation of wages, organization of labor, personnel development. The features of the regulation of social and labor relations in these countries, suitable for the use in domestic practice, are emphasized.
