Abstract

The problems of legal modeling of creation and activity of corporate associations with participation of unitary enterprises are considered in the context of legal and economic aspects. Forms of ownership as the obligatory property base of unitary enterprises have a direct influence not only on the processes of creation but also on the current activity of analyzed complexes. It is caused by some peculiar features inherent in unitary enterprises proceeding from the features of their economic and legal nature.
