ON SOME INNOVATIONS IN THE FIELD OF BANKRUPTCY OF THE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES AND ENTERPRISES WITH THE STATE OWNERSHIP

The paper gives attention to some innovations in the field of bankruptcy that were introduced by the Law of Ukraine of 22.12.2011 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Reconstruction of the Debtor’s Solvency or Recognition It Bankrupt”. It analyzes the provisions on participation in the meeting of creditors and work of the committee of creditors representatives of the body authorized to manage the state property, and the order of the appointment of the liquidator in the case of initiation of the bankruptcy of the stateowned enterprise or the enterprise in the authorized capital of which the state ownership exceeds 50 %. The recommendations are given and grounded to improve the corresponding legislative norms.
