Abstract

The analysis of the current legislation of the Ukraine, which regulates investment process in the capital construction, is given. The contradictions and the gaps in the current legislation connected with the conclusion of investment agreements are investigated and proposals on their elimination are introduced. Changes in the current economic legislation of the Ukraine are proposed.
