Investment Problems of the Economic Restructuring

Abstract

The theoretical premises for realization of investment activity are considered under present conditions. On the basis of empiric estimation, the features of the use of capital investments in the Donetsk region are shown. The «points of pains» are exposed in functioning of the region as an economic system and measures are offered to neutralize them.
