Abstract

The features of forming and development of economic relations in towns of medieval Europe are considered, and also questions of their legal regulation. To achieve the purpose set in the in work, the history of forming the city right is analysed, using comparatively-legal and historical methods a place and role of city right is defined in adjustment of trade relations of auctions; determination of concepts «city right», «city economic right» is formulated in the context of the conducted research.
