Abstract

The article considers problems concerning resource­saving in the sphere of heat-supplying of dwelling houses in the city, the foreign experience in reforming the housing and communal services. It also suggests the approach to creating scientifically substantiated preconditions for conducting stable energetic inspection of dwelling houses in the city in order to employ technical and technological measures on resource-saving.
