Abstract

The article considers urgent problems and perspective directions for attraction of additional sources for financing the development of city-servicing communal sphere. Based on the economic and legal analysis of practical use of the communal property objects of the city (lease, concession, transfer of communal property into economic management or operational management) as an economic and property base for functioning and development of the city­servicing communal sphere, the most effective sources for their financing are offered.
