ESSENCE OF AN INDUSTRIAL POTENTIAL OF A REGION AND ITS ROLE IN THE SYSTEM OF THE ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract

The existing definitions of essence of such concepts as «economic and industrial potential» of a region are analyzed. Their role in the system of economic relations is shown. The author's formulation of these concepts with reference to market conditions of managing is proved.
