ON SOME ASPECTS OF PERFECTION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CITY ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article argues that disconnected legal norms which determine principles of city activity in this or that measure, in numerous normative acts of Ukraine, and also their low legal quality do not give an integral picture of a city as a legal subject. In this connection it is grounded that it is necessary to change a fragmentary perfection of legal status of city which takes place now, for a system one which would be realized in the development of a unique Conception of development of legislation on a city.
