ON CREATION OF ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE HEALTH PROTECTION WITH PARTICIPATION CITY COUNCILS

Economic and legal problems of city management

Abstract

Objective reasons for necessity of creation of economic organizations are exposed with participation city councils. Advantages of the legal form of management offered by the author are defined. The questions of creation of such subjects of management are specified, in particular, in relation, to the list of possible founders of these organizations, legal forms and also maintenance of their constituent documents.
