Economic and Legal Problems of Regulation of Economic Activity

Abstract

Legal aspects of economic responsibility for violation of contract and payment discipline in the capital building are considered; the problems which concern updating of legislation that regulates these relations have been defined, and the proposals are made to expand the current economic legislation by norms about responsibility of the contract relations subjects – managers of budgetary funds.
