Abstract

The features and drawbacks in legal regulation of concentration of the subjects of economic activity of Ukraine are analyzed, the definition of concentration of the capital .and legal ways of its realization are investigated, and also the problems of application of the legislation norms about economic concentration are considered. The features and legal consequences of purchase by the subjects of economic activity of decisive influence an other subjects of economic activity are considered.
