Economic and Legal Problems of Regulation of Economic Activity

Abstract

The author has considered and analyzed some scientific researches which concern legal provisions for economic relations in the oil and gas complex. Their drawbacks are shown as related to the mentioned branch. It has been marked that the scientific interest in the problems of providing reforms in the oil and gas complex is not sufficient. To solve a great number of i problems having a system character, the perspective directions for conducting further scientific researches are proposed. The directions mentioned coincide with conceptions as for improvement of the natural monopolies state regulation and economic activity state regulation.
