Abstract

The insufficiently explored questions of the theory of unfair competition protection right have been researched. Such notions as «actions in competition», «fair practice», «professional ethics rules», general and special prohibitions are described. A comparative analysis of the European and Ukrainian legislation as to protection from unfair competition has been made.
