PREPARATION OF MATERIALS OF CASES ABOUT PROTECTION OF THE NON-PROPERTY RIGHT OF MANAGING SUBJECTS TO CONSIDERATION IN COURT OF THE FIRST INSTANCE

Abstract

Features specific for preparation of materials of cases about protection of the non-property rights of managing subjects to consideration in court are investigated. Proposals on perfection of preparation of materials of affairs about protection of the non-property right of managing subjects to consideration in court of the first instance are grounded. Proposals concerning a circle of persons taking part in cases about protection of the right to signs for the goods and services are developed; the procedure of examination of a given category of affairs is offered to be specified.
