Abstract

The article makes a conclusion about the dual nature of relations in the sphere of economic activity management, which presupposes the existence of both administrative-economic and organizational-economic relations. There has been described the legal characteristic of administrative-economic relations. There has been suggested the author’s understanding of the nature of organizational-economic relations.
