Abstract
The author has suggested establishment of the unified amount of additional payments for working conditions for all qualification groups of the employees depending on the categories of the working conditions according to the harmfulness for human organism, but not on their qualification, level with simultaneous increase of the inter-skill-category ratio between the qualification groups, which allows to create motivation of the labour activity realized in harmful and dangerous conditions.
