Economic and Legal Problems of Regulation of Economic Activity

Abstract

The paper deals with application of special sanctions to business entities involved in foreign economic activity. The paper contains in-depth analysis of the current legislation regulating the responsibility of foreign economic activity agents as well as shortcomings, contradictions, implementation problems. Proposals are worked out to improve special sanctions to the business entities engaged in foreign economic activity.
