Abstract

The structural changes in population employment in Ukraine have been analyzed and the factors which specify disproportion arising in the labor market have been determined. The present organizational and economic mechanism of employment regulation is assessed, add main directions to improve it are defined. The features of employment motivation are studied and recommendations to create a motivation mechanism in the labor sphere is developed.
