Terms of Publication
The journal "Economics and Law" publishes original empirical, theoretical, and review articles dedicated to the economic and legal aspects of modern societal development, the application of digital technologies, institutional development, and strategies for sustainable growth in the context of global transformations. Articles are accepted in accordance with the fields outlined in the section "Scientific Directions of the Journal".
✅ Articles prepared by students are accepted only in co-authorship with a scientific supervisor.
✅ Articles prepared by postgraduate students are accepted only with a review from the scientific supervisor.

Articles must be formatted according to the requirements.
Manuscripts written in Ukrainian or English in *.doc or *.docx format are accepted for review. The English version is accepted only if it is the original language or a professional translation. Manuscripts translated using electronic tools will be rejected. Once the manuscript is submitted to the editorial office, changes to the list of authors are not allowed.
An additional file (Author's Card) must be attached to the article, containing the authors’ information. The following details must be provided in both Ukrainian and English: full name, academic degree, academic title, position and place of work (study), city, country, postal address, contact phone number, and email address. As of October 1, 2022, ORCID identification numbers for each author are mandatory. You can obtain an ORCID by registering on the official website.
File names must correspond to the author's surname. For example: Petrenko_Article, Petrenko_Information.
When submitting the article, you must carefully read and sign the License Agreement for the use of the work in open access. You need to download the appropriate form for a single author or multiple authors. The completed License Agreement and the Author’s Card (completed in Word format by all authors, signature not required) must be submitted along with the manuscript to the editorial email: econom.law.journal@gmail.com or via the "Submit Article" page.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is considered the date it arrives at the editorial office. Each article undergoes three stages of evaluation: initial review for compliance with general requirements, plagiarism and citation quality check, and expert peer review. For more details, see the "Anti-Plagiarism Policy" and "Review Policy" sections.
If the manuscript does not meet the requirements, the editorial board reserves the right not to consider it and will notify the author(s) accordingly.
