Obligations and Attribution
License Terms: All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International (CC BY).
These terms are confirmed by the License Agreement for the Use of the Work under Open Access Conditions, which is concluded between the editorial board of the scientific journal "Economics and Law" and the authors of the articles.
Acceptance of the terms of the Agreement provided below is confirmed by the fact that the author submits their materials for publication in the publications of the Licensee.
By this agreement, the author confirms that the submitted material:

does not infringe on the copyrights of other individuals or organizations;

has not been previously published by other publishers and has not been submitted for publication elsewhere.
The author retains the copyright to the work, while the publisher is granted the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International (CC BY), in particular:

to publish articles in English and distribute their printed versions;

to translate articles into English (for articles written in Ukrainian) and distribute printed versions of the translation;

to distribute electronic versions of the articles, as well as electronic versions of their English translations (for articles written in Ukrainian), via any electronic means (placement on the official journal website, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).
In any case, a bibliographic citation of the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
