License Terms: All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International BY-NC-ND 4.0.
These terms are confirmed by the License Agreement for the Use of the Work under Open Access Conditions, which is concluded between the editorial board of the scientific journal "Economics and Law" and the authors of the articles.
Acceptance of the terms of the Agreement provided below is confirmed by the fact that the author submits their materials for publication in the publications of the Licensee.
By this agreement, the author confirms that the submitted material:

does not infringe on the copyrights of other individuals or organizations;

has not been previously published by other publishers and has not been submitted for publication elsewhere.
The author retains copyright to the work, while the publisher holds the right of first publication under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, specifically:
• to publish articles in English and distribute their printed versions;
• to distribute electronic versions of articles through any electronic means (placement on the official journal website, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.);
• to translate articles into English (for articles originally in Ukrainian) and to distribute printed and electronic versions of the translation only with the author’s explicit written consent, since translation is considered a derivative work and is not covered by the basic terms of the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.
In any case, a bibliographic citation of the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
