Україна 2016: сучасні тенденції інтернаціоналізації докторської освіти

Перед національними системами докторської освіти різних країн стоять важливі завдання — підвищення якості освіти, підготовка наукових кадрів вищої кваліфікації, здатних ефективно працювати в умовах глобального ринку праці, участь у глобальних економічних зв’язках, від вирішення яких значною мірою залежить інноваційність та конкурентоспроможність національних економік. Інтернаціоналізація відкриває перспективи для вдосконалення і підвищення якості підготовки наукових кадрів, сприяє підвищенню доступності отримання вчених ступенів, зростанню кількості висококваліфікованих науковців, розвитку міжнародного науково-технічного співробітництва. У статті представлено результати аналізу інтернаціоналізації докторського освіти в Україні в різних формах, виявлено їх сучасні тенденції. Зроблено висновок, що адекватною стратегією інтернаціоналізації докторської освіти в нових геополітичних і соціально-економічних умовах для України буде максимізація її результатів в національному контексті.
