До розгляду формальних теоретичних передумов функціонування системи управління науково-технологічною сферою

Анотація

У статті представлено результати аналізу процесу становлення системних теорій на предмет створення і функціонування на сучасному етапі формальної теорії управління науково-технологічною сферою. Показано зв’язки між теоретичними розробками в галузі управління наукою та уявленнями про системну природу самих наукових напрямів, а також історичні складності ефективного використання таких розробок у розбудові системи управління вітчизняною науково-технологічною сферою. На основі представлених висновків про відсутність формальної теорії управління науково-технологічною сферою окреслено напрями подальших досліджень.
