Стратегічні ризики наукоємного розвитку національної економіки

Розглянуто особливості механізмів інтеграції України в наукове та інноваційне середовище Європейського Співтовариства. На підставі аналізу результатів оцінювання готовності української економіки до майбутнього виробництва у контексті досліджень Всесвітнього економічного форуму (2018 р.), порівняння особливостей розвитку вітчизняної промисловості та науково-дослідницької сфери із загальносвітовими тенденціями цього процесу, стану інституційного забезпечення продуктивності інноваційної інфраструктури в країні показано, що державна науково-технічна політика України впродовж усіх років незалежності продукує зростання ризиків інтеграції в світове науково-технологічне середовище. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування такої моделі національної інноваційної системи, яка б забезпечувала розвиток інноваційно-конкурентоспроможної та індустріально-розвиненої економіки. Запропоновано шляхи подолання соціально-економічних і політичних перешкод для опанування Україною сучасних підходів до створення сприятливих умов розвитку вітчизняної науки та інновацій.
