Open data policy
The journal supports the principles and the value of open science, and considers open scientific (research) data as an important component ensuring the transparency and reproducibility of scientific research. The editorial office is guided by FAIR principles ensuring Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability of data.
The journal’s editorial office recommends the authors to disseminate their research data on which the article is based, and to store them in reliable national and international data repositories.
Of the international repositories, the best-known are Zenodo, Figshare, Harvard Dataverse, Dryad, etc. DataverseUA is a commonly accessible platform of the open data repository for researches from the institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In case of research data storage in a repository, the manuscript must contain information on where these data are stored, with reference to DOI or other identifiers.
