Obligations, copyrights, and license

The authors whose articles have been published in the journal shall preserve the copyright and the full right for the publication on the license terms, and shall agree with the following terms: 

The articles (materials) in “Science and Science of Science” journal shall be published on the open science terms, the license СС BY–NC–ND 4.0 (Creative Commons). The license “With Indicated Authorship — Non-commercial — With no Derivatives 4.0 International”. The license text is displayed on the website Creative Commons: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/legalcode.uk

The authors of the articles shall sign License Agreement for using the work on the open science terms, which shall be entered in keeping with Articles 48, 50, 51 of the Law of Ukraine “The Copyright and Ancillary Rights”, and Articles 444, 1107-1110 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.   

Any kind of reprinting shall be made only with a permission of the journal’s Publisher. The copyright for layout and cover shall belong to the journal’s Publisher – the Publishing House “Akademperiodyka”

To ensure the maximal visibility and impact of the publication, Publisher shall allow the author to preserve (deposit) the final version of the article (Author`s Accepted Manuscript – AAM) in the institutional and thematic repository, where it is available in the open access.

Neither payment nor fees shall be taken for processing, review and/or publishing of the articles submitted by students of the third level of higher education, budgetary form of training, when written by them individually.

The submission of articles or other materials to the journal’s editorial office, their scrutiny, review, formatting, and publishing is completely cost-free for domestic and foreign authors (without АРС – Article Processing Charge).
