Purpose and Objectives

The journal’s purpose is to set out results of research on science of science and innovatics, history and philosophy of science, organization of science and technology activities, public policy on science and innovation.

The journal’s objectives:

  • publishing results of research as a contribution to the national and global knowledge base on science of science and related research disciplines;
  • initiating scientific and public debate on the performance and prospects of R&D and innovation, enhancing R&D impact on solutions of urgent economic and societal problems;
  • providing recommendations on optimization of the public R&D and innovation policy, management and evaluation of research institutions;
  • providing a platform for the international science and technology cooperation.
