Regulations on Printing and Publishing Activities in the Conditions of Warfare

Abstract

The article sets out the text of Decree of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine No. 145 issued 07.03.2022 “Suspending the Cooperation with Scientists of the Russian Federation in Printing and Publishing” in response to the war broken out by Russia against Ukraine. The Scientific and Publishing Board of the NAS of Ukraine published an explanatory note of the Academy’s vision of the printing and publishing activities under the martial law, emphasizing that the restrictions set in Decree of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine apply to the cooperation with researchers and institutions affiliated with the Republic Belarus, till the end of the war in Ukraine. This Decree was sent on e-mail addresses of publishers and chief editors of the Academy’s periodicals. It is pointed out that on account of the war all the periodicals issued by the publishing house “Akademperiodyka” as part of the program for support of Academy’s journals would come out in keeping with the schedule in online format.
