Our congratulations on the anniversary to the chief editor of “Science and Science of Science” journal

Abstract

Our congratulations to Olexandr Olexandrovych Popovych, doctor in economics, chief researcher in Dobrov Institute for Scientific and Technological Potential and Science History Studies of the NAS of Ukraine, Honored Science and Technology Worker of Ukraine, chief editor of “Science and Science of Science” journal. The latest five years saw 55 scientific and popular-scientific works published by O.S. Popovych, including two monographs: “The science & technology and innovation policy: principal schemes for setting and implementation” (second edition, 2019), “From bureaucratization of administration to bureaucratization of thought” (2022). O.S. Popovych is currently the author of more than 300 scientific, popular-scientific and essayist works (including 14 collective and individual monographs) on plasma physics and science studies. He was actively engaged in preparing amendments to the Laws of Ukraine “Priority Areas of Science and Technology”, “Priority Areas of Innovation Activities in Ukraine”, “Innovation Activities”.
