Abstract

The article highlights the history of establishment, main areas of activity, and scientific achievements of the Research Institute of Peasantry and Agrarian History Studies of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy over 25 years of its operation. The study analyzes the Institute’s contribution to the development of modern historical and agrarian discourse, research on Ukrainian peasantry, agrarian culture, land relations, and state-building processes.
