Інноватика – співпраця науки, влади і бізнесу

Досліджено процеси прогресивного розвитку соціально-економічних об’єктів на основі інноваційної співпраці науки, влади і бізнесу. Проаналізовано класичні погляди на джерела інноваційного зростання. Показано роль науки як інструментального базису інновацій, тобто інноватика враховує включеність науки, інновацій і технологій у соціально-економічний простір. На підставі аналізу чинних урядових документів про імплементацію Угоди про асоціацію між Україною і Європейським Союзом доведено, що за своїм змістом вони поки що не можуть стати ані інструментом інтеграції України у дослідницький простір ЄС, ані імпульсом для реалізації в Україні моделі «потрійної спіралі».
