Узагальнена модель переходу біосфери в ноосферу

У статті запропоновано узагальнену модель переходу біосфери до ноосфери, побудовану на концепції В.І. Вернадського про розумну діяльність людини як нову геологічну силу. Модель ґрунтується на понятті ноосферного простору (НП) як глобального середовища, де відбувається взаємодія матеріальних, інформаційних і духовних об’єктів, що формуються у процесі виробництва та перетворення біосфери під впливом потреб, мислення та інновацій. Включення до розгляду цих процесів необхідне для цілісного розуміння НП. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на міждисциплінарному підході, який охоплює системний аналіз, моделювання складних систем та інформаційні технології. У запропонованій концептуальній моделі НП людський розум та перетворювальна діяльність постають як ключові агенти еволюції планети. Особливого значення набуває введення поняття когнітивних структур — стійких форм організації знань, моделей та смислів, які спрямовують мислення й інновації та виступають сполучною ланкою між потребами суспільства та виробництвом нових об’єктів. Вони забезпечують перетворення інформації на знання, а знання — на інновації, формуючи основу колективного інтелекту. Когнітивні структури можна розглядати як «архітектуру» НП, його визначальну здатність до адаптації та прогнозування. Показано, що цілі розвитку ноосфери формуються як результат взаємодії внутрішніх когнітивних структур і зовнішніх умов, сучасні цифрові технології та мережі знань посилюють колективне мислення і сприяють прогнозуванню сталого розвитку. Використання методів Data Mining і прогнозного аналізу дає змогу виявляти приховані патерни та латентні фактори, що формують динаміку НП. Модель НП забезпечує основу для сценарного моделювання, аналізу впливу матеріальних і духовних об’єктів на розвиток суспільства та біосфери, а також для оцінювання глобальних ризиків і пошуку стратегій гармонійної взаємодії людини та природи.
