Abstract

Covid-19 and its effects took the life of Yury Klochko who, as a disciple of G.M. Dobrov, was engaged in all the significant initiatives of G.M. Dobrov, e.g. the UNESCO project “International comparative study of organization and performance of research teams (1979—1982), organization of traditional Kyiv international symposiums on science of science, organization of the system for professional development of administrative staff of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Ukraine. In times of independent Ukraine. Yu. Klochko took on to address new problems associated with market transformations of the economy, first and foremost the ones faced by small business, innovation-driven development and management. He worked in the State University of Information and Communication Technologies.
