Rejection and withdrawing

The editorial board may reject a submission (with or without explanation) at any preparing publication stage or after publishing whether one is not correspond to the journal domain or the ethical principles of scientific publication was violated , or scientific novelty is absent, or plagiarism or unjustified use of artificial intelligence tools for writing the article was detected etc.

The author(s) may withdraw themselves the submission at any stage of publication preparing or after publishing.

For the case of published paper withdraw the journal provides a corresponding justificated information message, and the published paper is stored in the journal archive with an appropriate marker.
