Funding Sources. Currently the journal is included in the Journal Support Program of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Article processing charges.  The journal does not charge any fees to the authors from submission to publication, including submission fees, editorial processing fees, article processing charges (APC), per-page fee, color charges etc.

Access Fees. The on-line Journal is an open access. The content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
