The Editorial staff cannot be impartial, while we are working in Ukraine, under regular missile attacks by russian federation for several years. We declare that due to the war aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine: our journal does not collaborate with citizens of the aggressor country and of other countries that support this aggression. We appeal to our Authors: don't submissions created in similar collaborations , don't refer to papers and works of such persons, don't promote them by cite.
