The Journal Information Technologies and Systems was founded in 2025 by the resolution of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine No. 522 dated 26 Dec. 2024 as a combined Control Systems and Computing Journal and the Cybernetic and Computer Engineering Journal.
The Journal has a backlog of Papers for upcoming issues and accepts submissions for publication with a delay of 3 months as of the end of August 2026.
The Journal is included ( since 1 Jun. 2026) in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine within the “Information Technologies and electronics“ cluster (category “B“) in
the specialties FЗ, F4, F5, F6, F7, G7 (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 928 from 11.06.2026).
