Розвиток науково-технологічної сфери України: держава, наука та бізнес у створенні спільних «точок зростання»/«кластерів»

У статті представлено результати аналізу перспектив створення в Україні спільних «точок зростання»/«кластерів» за участю суб’єктів науково-технологічної сфери країни, центральних та місцевих органів державної влади та представників підприємницької діяльності (високотехнологічних галузей). У процесі обґрунтування уточнено існуючі теоретичні і практичні аспекти розроблення таких проблем як «точка зростання» та «кластер», проаналізовано вітчизняну практику їх створення у різних галузях економіки, окреслено основні проблеми, зокрема ті, що пов’язані з нормативно-правовим забезпеченням. Здійснено пошук перспективних напрямів (сегментів) у вітчизняних секторах економіки, які мають показники динамічного зростання, прив’язку до глобальної економіки та на базі яких є доцільним створення спільних «точок зростання»/«кластерів». Досліджено сучасні механізми ефективного виведення вітчизняними компаніями комерційних новацій на ринок та на їх основі обґрунтовано альтернативні джерела фінансування для створення зазначених «точок зростання»/«кластерів».
