Abstract

On April 9 this year, the leading Ukrainian scientist of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Vyacheslav Lyashenko celebrates his 70th anniversary.

Juvilyar is a well-known specialist in the problems of state and regional regulatory policy in Ukraine. For almost 20 years, he has been the head of the Department of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development of the Institute. For many years, he has been developing the traditions of the scientific school of spatial development, innovative and regulatory policy, founded by Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine M.H. Chumachenko.

V.I. Lyashenko takes an active part in the training of scientific personnel, acts as a scientific supervisor, consultant and official opponent in works devoted to the development of business models based on digital platforms, the possibilities of breakthrough development of Ukraine, the regimes of implementing regulatory policies in the field of small and medium-sized businesses.
