The scientific and practical significance of the research is conditioned by the assessment of more effective realization of the key advantages that international migration processes generate for the country’s socio-economic development.
In this context, the study not only conducts an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of international migration regulation, but also focuses on a comparative examination of migration policies and governance practices formed within the framework of economic development models of various countries. At the same time, the article analyzes in detail the institutional mechanisms, regulatory and legal framework, and state regulation instruments for managing international migration processes in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In order to assess the impact of macroeconomic factors on international migration processes, statistical analysis and generalization methods are employed alongside regression and econometric evaluation techniques.
