Abstract

The reviewed monograph largely provides answers to the following acute questions: What changes have taken place in the theoretical basis of the problem of intensifying technology transfer in research universities? What is the role of the state, research universities and intellectual property in the processes of intensification of technology transfer? The author explored the better current practice of activating technology transfer in research universities around the world. Reasonably are different approaches to developing an effective model, strategy, principles and evaluating the effectiveness of technology transfer in research universities. Have been identified Institutional and organizational barriers, as well as catalysts for the generation of new scientific knowledge and technologies by universities. The risks of aggravation of contradictions of technological transfer are considered, and also vectors of changes in processes of activation of innovative and technological development of national economy are offered.
