THE ECOLOGICAL VECTOR OF COMMERCIAL DIPLOMACY: UKRAINE AND GERMANY

Under conditions of the manifestation of global ecological effects and the international integration, the significance of the economic growth on the principles of efficient interaction between countries becomes very actual. The introduction of a new format of the business collaboration expands functions of the commercial diplomacy in the context of the necessity to counteract to ecological threats for the internal and external media of countries, which have the international character.
The analysis of recent studies and publications testifies to the increase of the ecological component in the backing of the efficient international economic collaboration and the diplomatization of public relations, as well as to the necessity to improve the mechanisms of formation of the ecological security as a new level of the strategic potentials of countries.
Article’s goal is to determine the ecological vector of a commercial diplomacy in aspects of the extension of directions of the international economic activity by the example of the collaboration of Ukraine and Germany.
In the process of studies, we use the collection of methods of scientific cognition, system approach, and generalization.
We have shown that the integrative aspiration of Ukraine and its membership in the WTO cause some socio-economic transformations and put ecological accents in the commercial diplomacy. The optimization of business communications between countries is a condition of stimulation of a development of the ecological industry and a realization of the “green” modernization of national economies. The analysis of the experience of Germany’s commercial diplomacy testifies to the efficiency of the institutional mechanisms of support of the business abroad and to the formation of the business and ecological images of this country in the world. The forms of the international collaboration of Ukraine and Germany in the sphere of ecological development, which are permanently improved with regard for the scientific-technical, informational, and innovative factors, are characterized. The efforts of the commercial diplomacy between countries are directed to the activation of the international collaboration in the spheres of energetic, food, and ecological securities, agroindustrial activity, and environment protection. The mutual ecological economic efficiency of the commercial diplomacy is confirmed by the signing of foreign-trade contracts, implementation of international scientific projects, extension of technical aid and consulting services, introduction of pilot business-concepts, and attraction of investment resources.
Under conditions of the renewal of tasks of the commercial diplomacy and an increase in the business mobility and interactivity of subjects of the international business, the determining condition of the collaboration between Ukraine and Germany becomes the level of readiness of the national economy to the joint realization of ecological projects in the context of possibilities to use world’s resource, innovative, scientific-technical, and informational potentials.
