The internal problems in the process of formation of a commodity transportation system are separated, and a marketing-logistic organizational structure, which will allow one to optimize and to ensure the connection between strategic targets, functional-operative tasks, organizational-structural characteristics, informational support of business-processes, and coordination of the work of experts, is proposed.
