Gender inclusion in the economy: imbalances in payment for labor

The article outlines the main results of the first year of the study titled "Inclusiveness as a key aspect of creating the fundamentals for a new quality of economic growth in Ukraine". For the purpose of scientific analysis and formation of holistic understanding of inclusiveness as the key priority of creating the basis for a new quality of economic growth in Ukraine, the authors explore the peculiarities of inclusive economic development, as well as the possibilities of its achievement in countries with different levels of socioeconomic development. The key directions of economic growth are defined in accordance with the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG); the stages of SDG implementation are defined within the framework of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine as a prerequisite for the achievement of the goals of inclusive development; the goal of sustainable development, which has the greatest potential for the formation of inclusive society in Ukraine, is substantiated.
