A number of new chloroaryl-containing sulfonyl chlorides of isoxazole series that have been converted into the corresponding diallyl sulfonamides was synthesized by means of oxidative chlorination. The ring-closing metathesis reaction of obtained sulfonamides was conducted with the help of the ruthenium carbene catalyst. A number of new, potentially bioactive, pyroline-containing choroarylsubstituted sulfonylamide derivatives of isoxazole was synthesized.
