Abstract

The questions of increasing the energy efficiency of technologies, while obtaining the vesicular lipid nanostructures, are studied, by using the method of discrete pulse energy input. The possibility of the use of food phospholipid complexes as a material for lipid nanostructures with the desired properties is shown.
