Abstract

We spoke with the director of the V.N. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine, an outstanding Ukrainian legal scholar, a talented organizer of law science and education, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine Yu.S. Shemshuchenko, about the status of the fundamental theoretical-methodological and applied research in the field of state and legal process in Ukraine, about the problems in the state legislative process, about the main development directions of law in Ukraine.
