Heating strategy for settlements of Ukraine

For the discussion of projects of Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2020, 2030 and 2035

Abstract

The article presents the data of comparative analysis of some target indicators of strategic development of the heating system of settlements of Ukraine obtained by three independent expert groups: the specialists at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, who developed the projects of Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035, specialists of Razumkov Centre, who presented the project "New Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2020: Safety, Energy Efficiency, Competition," and scientists of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of NAS of Ukraine, who together with scientists from other academic institutions proposed a draft National Strategy for Heating of Settlements in Ukraine until 2030.
